Hi all, as you are all probably bored of hearing I’m still awaiting the results of the last operation i had back in July to see if they got rid of the cancer cells.
In the meantime Kerry (my wife if you didn’t know) and I are running a 5k in October to raise funds for Cancer Research UK because let’s face it the majority of us have lost someone to or knows someone who is battling Cancer and the more research that gets done the likelihood a cure can be found.
If you would like to sponsor or donate please do if not then no problem at all but can I ask you to share this with everyone you know.
I’ve not run any decent distance for many many years my fitness is not what it used to be but we are following a training plan.
